I have a HD242TC for sale.

It has the Tom Woods SYE on it and a spare output shaft.

The case is ready to bolt in and go.

It came out of a ZJ running a HP60/14b full width axle combo on 42" swampers so it will handle just about ANYTHING you can put it in.

It is located in Napa, Ca. and am looking to get $550 obo for it. The SYE alone is about $500 from Tom Woods.

I will get some pix tonight and post them tonight or tomorrow.

I would prefer not to ship but am willing to meet in the Nor Cal area if interested.

Okay well this is back up for sale again.

I sort of held off, but I am NOT selling everything else and am moving forward with the project just changing directions on the TC is all.

Yes this should bolt right inplace of your 249 you will just have to modify the rear driveshaft since this 242 has the slip yoke eliminator installed

But this is a great upgrade to the 249!!!!!!!
