mine was store bought. 1 of those toyota catologs, years ago. i added the top rails and handles on th sides. downey.. maybe.

most(not all) TOYOTA cages are mounted to the floor above the body mounts

that ones posted up there have a bar in front of the dash... i would rather have mine go behind. and the bars that go by the a pillar come down in front of the dash... is that just because its hard to get them tucked behind there? also, how hard is it to weld a bead all the way around where the tubes meet when it is in the cab already?

you can have one custom made to your specs , most of these are production made by SMITTYBUILT , check out

nah me and a buddy are goin halves on a JD2 model 3.. i want a cage in my sonoma and he wants a cage in his mustang and i want to start buildin crapp. btw i have a gmc sonoma not a toy but its a standard cab with roughly same dimensions. i was lookin for ideas mostly
