to wire this up

Lower right is 120v in, upper right is rheostat for setting the temp. Upper left is the thermacouple conection, Center is the switch and lower left is 120v out on the 3 terminals.

I have 120v in. I can move the temp dial and make the switch open and close. I can also jump the thermacouple post and open/close switch.

I can not get 120v@ the 3 terminals on the lower left. What am I missing?
