like stated above, it DEPENDS on lots of variables like shackle length and placement along with hanger design and placement.

Since you say 84 truck, I'll guess it's stock, org hanger and shackles so a 2.5" wagoneer gives 5.5" I don't know what a 4" wrangler will give??????????? rear chevys 3" stock shackle. hope that helps.

Because from Summit Racing they are only $125 shipped for the pr. I know I have them :D I also have the 63" chevy's in the rear with a 3" block. I'm running 38" swampers w/o a body lift. The tires do rub some at full stuff and I did use the bfh on the firewall some too. It has Ford front shock mounts and Bud Built style rear shock mounts. I don't know how much lift I got, I forgot to measure it before I started. I was too excited to get started on building it. Here are some pic's

i only got 2 inches out of my chevy swap and had to drop all the hangers to get it to 4.

Lift is over-rated, flex is what you want!!!!!!! Watch those Pro-Crap springs, I have seen many of them kink on Wranglers!!!!

with no blocks the chevy springs give you about 4" of lift...
(stock front ifs with chevy rears)

Did you leave the overload leaf in your chevys? (3 main leaves + Overload)

four plus the overload,

Ok, this would probably explain the discrepancy between your setup giving you 4" and others giving 3" or 2". You still get great flex from a full pack, looks good :D
