So I've been playing around with some diffrent springs to try to lower the rig a little. Just wondering what type of up travel you guys are happy with? I have some springs in right now that will allow me approx 5"-6" of up travel and leave me with 20" of belly clerance at my lowest point, which is my atlas t-case.

What kind of wheelin do you do? Slow technical rocks, I've seen as little as 1/2" of up travel work beautifully. But that obviously won't work for most people. I like to shoot for a minimum of 4" on a rock rig, and more if you like to go fast.

I have 5 1/2" up travel in front, 6 1/2" in back. For KOH I would really like to see that closer to 7 and 9 respectively.

Mostly slow tech type stuff, sounds like I'll be good to go.

I thought I'd heard somewhere that leaf springs should not be allowed to bend more than 1" past flat. But with 4-6" lifted maybe you guys don't even worry about that.
