A 1993 mazda navajo is the same thing (chassis/ motor etc) as a 93 explorer right,suspension parts swap and stuff?

Will radius arms from an f-150 or bronco bolt onto the Dana 35 TTB arms?
And what about drop pitman arms and tie rods, are they the same from the explorer and f-150?
