was wondering if it's what i need or will it just get cold and brittle and crack?

seems like thats what the power tank comes with....

thanks!

oh, the hose i picked up is: 25' recoil polyurethane with 200psi working pressure.

Polyurethane is used more than anything else in the pneumatic automation business.

Assuming your power tank is being filled with either CO2 or N2, I don't see any problem with poly.

It'll work fine. You'd have to pump a great deal of CO2 through it to get it brittle enough to crack.

As long as the tank output is regulated to under 200 psi, you're set. The regulator itself will help keep "liquid" CO2 out of the hose- it'll get cool, but won't freeze.
