I am looking to do coils in my front end. I only have about 10" between where my upper and lower mounting plates will be at ride right. It's 110" wheelbase 3,120 lbs. What other info will I need to make sure I order the right ones?

I used to run the HAL springs , 175lbs (tried 150s also, way too soft)
If I recall correctly they were 11" compressed. Your rig is definitely a little heavier, so it might compress them a bit more to your 10" target.
That was mounted directly under the frame, with the wide stance you might have room to outboard them if you need more room for a taller coil.

Not a hundred percent sure, but....

If Force=(Spring Rate)*(Change in length from free length)

and say the front of your truck weighs 1800 lb, so each corner weighs 900 lb.

Then if you used a 175 lb/in spring rate, and you wanted the spring to be 10 inches compressed:

900=175*(Free length-10)

Then the free length would need to be 15.14 inches.

Most people use QA1 coilover springs from summit racing. They are really cheap too.

These are 14" tall art morrison drag coils. I was running 165lbs in the front an 140lbs in the rear. Im 6' and those are 38s so that gives you an idea of the flex.
