I own a clod based crawler with the NN Carbon Fiber Chassis. I currently Use a TQ3 transmitter and a teckin rebel ESC with the hitec 645mg servos front and rear.

Im looking for more steering power so im looking @ the hitec 7955 robot servos and also looking to going to the novak crawler rooster. will this all work with my setup(TQ3 Radio).

thanks for helping the stupid:homer:

Yes, my buddy runs the Novak 55T and Rooster on his TQ3 just fine, BUT for an Axial. He added a switch for the rear steer.

Clod's are the ones that have the axles with the motors mounted on them right?

yes you can do it... but keep in mind those are digital servo's and that radio has no end point adjustments... that will kill a digital servo.. if you are gonna spend 100+ on servos spend some money on a real radio..

My M11 has end points, and the radio is sweet. I don't know much about other radio's though.

Check the steering range with that servo, as was mentioned, if it has a 180 sweep like my 7995 robot servo in my comp rig, it has to be toned down (using an EPA)to eliminate all the stress of trying to move past the limit of the axle's turn radius.
If it has a lesser degree sweep, it should be fine. It will be awesome with the addition of a Castle or equiv BEC to allow a bit more (7V) consistent voltage to the servo.
