Just picked some up... how well does this sheat work?

I've used nickel rod before and it works awesome!! I welded a mount for my wrap bar to the top of my diff with it, still there over a year later.

It's damn expensive or I'd use it all the time. :D

I'm kinda diggin the new Miller 210 now though. :smokin:

Havent used 99...Used 55 to weld the gears to the carrier on a front diff.
Worked great.

99 should be pretty similar.

Just remember you need to preheat cast stuff.

I used the 99 to weld my old amc 20 tubes to the housing, welds great, like stacking nickels! Never had a problem of axles twisting after that.
