: Anyone wanna co-dog the 1000?
Gotta have a clue and a few bucks:grinpimp:
Need someone to start the race in the right seat and do approx. 200 miles, also might need someone to do the last leg too.

fuggy 10-24-2008, 07:39 PM Interested! I plan on already being there as a spectator. My racing resume' is strong.....just not in Mexico. Have all saftey gear, radios, and I can use bailing wire and duct tape like nobody else! :flipoff2:
Randy 10-24-2008, 09:44 PM That sounds like fun
Mustard Dog 10-24-2008, 10:13 PM What class and how many bucks is a few bucks?
Jeepspeed, don't know about the second part though.
FISHMOUTH FABWORKS 10-24-2008, 11:03 PM I thought Ian was co riding?
Whitewater 10-25-2008, 07:53 AM might be interested in doing the first couple hund, $ is the limiting factor. I kinda have a clue, hey Gary might be interested too. I'll hit him up, he could borrow my gear.
Ya it's a jeepspeed, Cliff definetly needs somebody for the first 200. I'm feeling for a backup if Ian can't make it for the last leg. If anybodies interested give Cliff a call at 530 409-1977
Jeff Knoll 10-25-2008, 08:06 AM Training for this position requires going down to your local hardware store, drinking two energy drink's and a couple espresso's on the way. Stop off for an extra greasy burrito, and a few taco's served with a warm beer or 6.
Then waltz right into the paint department jump up on the paint shaker and hit the start button. Read a newspaper, talk on your cell phone, watch for baby strollers, and get a few clerks to throw sh!t at you. When you can ride it for 6 hours, your ready for the asignment.
At home training can be substituted by climbing into your dryer and riding it for hours on end with a couple pair of shoes thrown in for good measure. Don't worry about your wife yelling at you that is part of the training.
This thread should be titled who wants me to kick them in the nuts for 6 hours?:flipoff2:
Good luck Bob its a tempting offer, It will eat at me all day I'm sure, as I like getting sh!t kicked out of me, and abusing my body.
ps. I find that wearing a wrestler's mask, and extra large sam-bray-ro in the Home dept helps with the training.:D
