It's 32 but not the same as a turbo 400 input. I don't know the difference but ask Steve Watson at ORD he does.

thanks guys. hmmmm. that sux cause I have the same year truck and the only difference is I have a th400 in it w/ the 205. can't imagine they are different. oh well. I'll look into it more

From what I've read on this there's a short and a long 32 spline input. But both of them use the large style input bearing.:D

Silly go here and it shows all 4 of the inputs for a chevy 205.

i bet you can cut your's down to work with the th400 i may be wrong i'm just giving you some fuel to burn :D

465 is the 32 spline long version. If you want to bolt it to a TH 400 just change the input gear. You have the hard part to get. The 6 bolt pattern.:D
