the die cost , $200

if i could adapt a degree wheel it would be sweet

some day ill step up to a pro tools hd/hydro..

look for pipehitters thread he has one set up

unless you can afford a name brand w/hydro setup this is the way to go IMO

manual SUCKS

manual SUCKS

Couple friends got together and we built one of these...
Put casters on it and an air/hydro ram... other than that same thing...

Air/hydro = plug in air line, pull trigger, watch tube bend... wouldn't even consider a manual one now...

i have the got trikes, air/hydro, little slow, but works like a charm. i am gonna try a bigger air valve for it to try and speed things up.

Pro Tools 105, ordered from Woodward Fab $635 with stand, handle, degree ring and your choice of die (had to pay a little more to get a 240* 1.75 die rather than 120*). Also ordered their cheapo $70 notcher which works fine. No complaints, works fine and does a nice job.

Haven't wanted hydro till this past weekend when I had to bend .188 wall DOM. :D

If you've got the dime the JD2 Model 4 is very nice, I love using my buddies.

I got JD2 model 3 bender.. with degree wheel and one die

i think i paid like $200 many years back, and the die was about $200 also

works great.. the next step for me is to add hydro ram to it..
