Bob and I spent hours yesterday at Donner Ski Ranch checking out possible areas for the competition in Sept.

Man, there is lots of awesome terrain. This will be CalROCS best event yet. It will even blow away Moon Rocks.

Donner Ski Ranch is private property, hence they decide what comes and go's - kinda like the relative that hates when you bring your animal arsenal over for a day or 2.

I'm guessing they're going to be over 3,000 people there if just 10% brought "mans best friend"...

Find a loyal woman, leash her up and have her drool for you.

Lance- this is totally OT but seeing as how we are talking about Dogs. Are you into bulldogs? Your avatar is a picture of a nice looking pit and wanted to shoot you a mail if your into them as well as 4by's. Lots of bulldogs in the 4x4 world but most 99.99% don't know shiat about them.

I have three Irish/English Staffords if you know what that means.

That fine with us, Dogs are not allowed at any CalROCS event.

I don't need spectators, staff or my wife bitten again, besides that I don't like step'n in their $#!t. Keep your dog in the shady confines of his home.

Rich

PS even my dog stays home during events.

As of last winter, Donner Ski Ranch was for sale ($10 mil I think). If someone happens to have a few mil lying around they should buy it, and have a fully functional ski resort in the winter and rockcrawling all summer. So... who's got some cash...
