Wow! I cant believe the damage it did especially bending the connecting rods. I always thought when you hydro lock you pull the plugs crank it and then it is good as new. Thanks for the pics.

No that's what you pray is going to happen. Unfortunatly if the motor is turning 1500-2000 rpm and it sucks a lot of water that's what happens.
Sucks that happend.

Yeah, two rods bent and one piston cracked. The water was maybe 33-35" deep, but the entering speed was a bit too high. Motor was turning around 4000 rpms...the driver (my friend) promised never to do such a foolishnes again <IMG SRC="smilies/clown.gif" border="0">

And as for being a webwheeler <IMG SRC="smilies/thefinger.gif" border="0"> all my shit is in my backyard as I am building a full width flatty so I can have a rig to wheel other than my stock rig.
