AMEX charges a higher percentage to the retailer than Visa/MC.

Buy $600 worth of gas cards and trade those for cash to buy guns.

Somewhere on the net there is a gift card exchange site. I'd search for it but I'm on the neutered net here at work.

I will accept, but will charge you more. AMEX and Discovery charge me an extra 1.5% on top of what the CC company charges.
