i came home this evening from work and started working on my zuk.i pulled out the tranny and t case cause im going to use different ones. just out of curiousity i unbolted the leaf springs at all 4 corners. i have some front coil springs that i took off my ranger when i put the lift on it,,,and i had some 2wd ranger coils.i removed the bumpstops and placed the 4x4 ranger coils in front and the 2wd coils in rear and let the zuki down . DAMN!!!! this thing could clear 38s easy. im not going to even worry about leaf springs,,,,,these coil springs rock.

using springs out of an IFS truck will get you lift, but there not made for flex! that spring will only allow about 3" movement either way!! personally i wouldnt recomend it. just my $.02 CYA!!

Ignore Rockzilla... Coils are coils... They may not flex on an IFS truck do the the fact that the IFS itself limits travel, not the actual spring... Any coils will work, so long as you get the right height and spring rate... Plenty of people I have seen (in competion) have used Camaro front coils, Aerostar Coil (rears) and other random springs... Try it and let us know, the price seems right...

Ive been running stock front TJ coils on one of my rigs for quite awhile and have great flex. I went to a local off road shop where they do conversions and pick up the stock coils free.
