it will bolt up. If you are keeping it fuel injected you will have to deal with the CPS by either machining the bellhousing or getting a cps relo. kit from hesco or advanced adapters. You will also need a different pilot bushing available from adavanced adapters. Check out the swap forum at cjoffroad.com for more info.
