Hey guys Im trying to get #095 up and running and I have no idea on the wiring on this thing. Im running a 22R on Pane (vac lockoff), I got a carb dizzy and factory Yota coil. Running an Ftoy panel from 12volt guy and the battery mastercutoff from his also. Got a one wire alternator too. This is simple I just dont know what to run and from where. I know the alt. to the battery with inline fuse but that is about the extent of my knowledge. Thanks for your help!

Wire from the battery to the master switch. Wire from master to 12 volt guy panel. From IGN on panel to the solenoid on the propane kit. Ground to other wire on solenoid. Power (switched) to the coil (one is for power, the other for the tach). Wire from start button to the starter (should have a blade connector). Grounds on engine block to the frame, power wire from the battery to the starter, and ground from battery to to the frame.

That is just a basic rundown of how I ran mine.
There are other circuits on mine for the lights, turns, horn, etc.

Well I have no pane solenoid so I can delete that. Do I run from the "on" side of the ignition panel to the coil? On my Toyota coil I have a several sets of wires that come off of it. One set is red and white, one set is black and white (the black has a the plug plugged up with a cap), and a brown or maybe its orange....cant tell. How does this hook up?

Ok, let me see if this is right. Positive on battery to master "in side", then master "out side" to starter.....with a larger size wire. Master "out side" (with smaller wire) to 12volt guy panel ignition "in side", then ignition 'out side' to coil and jumper to the start button 'in side'. Start button 'out side' to starter spade connector. And of course all the grounds and the alternator to the positive side of the battery with inline fuse. This is a one wire setup. Will that get it? Just need to figure out which wire on the coil I need to use here.

You're talking just a jumper block, not a master disconnect switch, right??

Killing the disco switch still kills power, the starter can get a cable to the battery (or jumper block) and still be comp legal, right??

Talking master disco. The one that is on/off. has the big switch that you turn like a 1/4 turn. Dont get me to lying about the comp rules man.

I am not sure about the color wire on the coil. I will have to look at mine to be sure. As far as the solenoid, I assumed it was one of Cary's kits.
Yes, you run the coil power from the on position of the IGN toggle.

I ran the master power to the solenoid, which will kill the engine AND power when it is shut off. It is one of the large 1/4 turn on/off switches.

I don't remember for sure, but I think you need the coil from the older carbed engine.

Im not running a elec pane solenoid, im using a vacuum one.

Chris

Sounds like the way I ran mine.

Tex, whats your e-mail and I can try to snap a few pics of my setup tomarrow. Not really sure if I've done it right or not but the motor runs decent for an old worn out motor.

It is gvaughn@dishmail.net

Is my way the same or is something different?

Everything should be the same except the solenoid.
