: Extended Frames

What I am lookin for is pics of CJ with extended frames when using 2x4 metal. I have searched and found plenty of TJ and YJs but no CJs and their frames are a little differnet then CJs. Thanks for the help. Ken

This is how I did it. I outboarded the whole extension and frenched the shackle hanger. With a small shim plate it was the right width for a Waggy D44.

In the rear I used receive stock since height didn't matter.

I didn't use 2x4 I used 2 "C" channel's and welded them together like the stock frame. I extended mine in the middle.

It got too crowded in Chickenburg, so I had to move way out to Morristown :D
