I'm on the wagon!! Saiga 12, $570 out the door. Seems to be the going price in the Southwest.:bounce2::bounce2::bounce2:
Paging Pete, Pete to the Evil Black Rifle phone!
What am I looking at to ship it to you for a conversion?
Saw grip,
CAA CBST,
And a Rail forearm of some kind.
Rawk out with thine cawk out!
Figures, the uploader is not liking me right now. Hell, you guys know what a Saiga 12 looks like.
Yeah but we don't know what YOUR Saiga looks like. What was photobucket and all the other picture hosting services broken too? :flipoff2:

It is black, just like an AK, but with a shot gun barrel. Of the 19" vintage. Devirginized on Sunday. MMMM, yummy recoil...

Ship it to Pete?
Go ahead if you really need to, but, dude... Do it yourself. Pretty straightforward.

So you didn't get that one from Rob here in town?

Nope, but it did sell me on wanting one. Rob had a buyer before I was able to get back and get it. Oh well. This one only cost me 20 bucks more. Do you have any experience doing the conversion? I'm not scared to to it, just the fact that it is brand new!

It is easy enough. I did mine with a sawzall, 4" angle grinder, a 110 mig, different screw drivers, a cordless drill, smallish bit, an auto center punch, a file set, a tape measure, a AK for comparison, and you will want a coarse square file to finish out the pistol grip nut hole.
This place is the bomb: http://www.mississippiautoarms.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=25
Great customer service and shipping is quick enough.
EZ. Docs thread and Halogrinder's have good info.
