Did the search thing and can't find any good pics.
Anybody running a buggy-leaf setup or got any good pics, or comments on wether it's worth the effort ???? It seems to be a cheap easy way to gain a little more flex...

sorry, i don't have any pics...
But since this is Pirate4x4, i will give you my opinion...
Buggy leaves suck ass!, they are too unstable, and lead to massive wheel hop, even if you have a traction bar. They look great on a ramp, but without a full control arm setup, they are too unstable. And if you are gonna go to the trouble of making control arms, you may as well just go with coils or coilovers or double-shackle leaves or 1/4 elliptic or whatever...
But that's just my opinion. The fact that you can't seem to find any pics of a buggy-leaf setup should tell you something. They were a fad about 3 years ago that seems to have died finally. Let it stay dead...

That's what I want to hear, opinions.
Massive wheel hop...don't want any of that.
Anyone else have any experience or opinions on this ?

Like everthing else it's only as good as the design, with a stock type suspension its a good cheap way to get a little flex for the rear or SR front. Just make sure you have a single link set-up as a minimum, they need to be pinned when sidehilling but otherwise it cheap and easy way to get a little more flex....sorry no pics but if you search there should be some....

I'm sure it is not good on the rear of a spring over 40 without
some sort of link/traction bar, I think you could have a problem breaking pinions.
