I currently have a D300 with 4:1 already in it setting on the shop floor. I've got a TJ with AX-15, D60 front and 14 rear. I'm between buying a flip kit from DEO or just getting the replace a case from stak. There is really not that much difference in price and it doesn't look like either one would be that much more work than the other either. I found one relevent post, but only one opinion on the choice i'm trying to make:

I used the DEO flipkit on an old T-case, while it was quality components, I didn;t like the fact that in order to clock it flat I had to cut out my floor support crossmember etc etc. I eventually sold it after I found it wasn't going to work in my application.
I would use the replace a case hands down. It simpler, offered by a great company, and uses stock parts. Not to mention you won't run into any oiling problems in the bearings, whereas the DEO kit if I remmeber correctly had a really really high output bearing that didn't see oil once you clocked it.
