: Most Rediculous Ticket You Have Ever Gotten?
workinprogresslol 11-07-2008, 10:07 AM Was thinking that it would be fun for people to share the ridiculous tickets they have received in their trucks.
For example I will start it off. I had to go to court because I didn't have my off-road light covers on. The cop marked the ticket as an un-fixable fine even though he told me to get the covers on and get it signed off as a fix it ticket, so I had to go to court to get the fine waived.
Only reason I was bummed at the time was because they were the Kragen special clearance $10 lights :-P.
I know that your stories will be more interesting but this is just an example.
Priddyboy 11-07-2008, 12:15 PM So far the most ridiculous ticket i have gotten is depositing mud on the road way when i was parked in a flooded street it cost me $450
geeride 11-07-2008, 12:19 PM Not more interesting just a pain in the ass. I got pulled over for no reg. ( I forgot to put the sticker on, it was still attached to the reg. paperwork in console) CHP says "yeah I no its registered because I ran it but you need mudflaps on this thing". So he gives me a ticket. I call and ask them about it and they say you can either fix it or just pay. So I just payed. Almost exactly one year later same CHP pulls me over. Yup, mudflaps. I decided to fix it this time. Put flaps on drive down to CHP to get signed off but the cop had checked the non-correctable box. New cop says you must have pissed him off or he was having a bad day. Had to drive to the court house stand in line to get a clerk to stamp it then go get it signed by a cop then back to the court house to pay the 10 or 15 bucks to be done with it. PIA!
KWTMECH 11-07-2008, 12:45 PM I was towing a 28' trailer on one of the windiest (curvy) roads in the county pulling up out of a canyon. CHP pulls me over b'cuz the rear trailer tire 'touched' the double yellow line. I still get pissed when I think about it. Went to court and pled no contest---judges mistake was asking me if I had something to say-:)- after my 'say' he cut the fine in half-still cost me 85.00.
What was even better the following wednesday was trash pickup where they block one side of the street and you have to cross over the double yellow to go around--guess what, I held up traffic. City cop pulls me over for holding up traffic and asks me what I'm doing---gave him the story. Hands me my license back and says have a nice day---fawking idiots
blackrider 11-07-2008, 01:12 PM fix it ticket for no front license plate after driving that way for over 17 years...
84t0y 11-07-2008, 01:44 PM not a ticket but i go pulled for a small crack in my windshield, cop said next time he saw me i better have a new windshield. so that was 200 bucks for an unessesary part when i was already broke at the time.
77bawls 11-07-2008, 05:09 PM Falure to drive in a carefull and prudent manner.
I was going 102 in Montana on a curvy mountain road.
napajeep 11-07-2008, 05:09 PM Came out to find a ticket for tinted windows (while I was inside, car parked in a parking lot).
Yota Up 11-07-2008, 08:32 PM Got a ticket that read: "Tire is more than 16 inches from curb."
I looked at my tires, both of them within 3" of the curb. However, I was facing the wrong way, and when they say "curb", they mean the curb to the RIGHT. I learned and don't park facing to the left anymore.
My wife pulled out to the left into a one way for 100feet to make a turn. Cop wrote on the ticket: "MUST DRIVE RIGHT"
Beat95YJ 11-07-2008, 10:13 PM Alas never got a ticket I didn't deserve. Fought and won on a bunch though.
yotasmob 11-08-2008, 08:32 AM I got a ticket for parking more than 16" from the curb. I was parked about 2 feet away. The reason? The "curb" was a sidewalk that was about 3.5 feet tall, in order for my passenger to get out I had to park at least 2 feet away. It was a very wide back street so I didn't think it would matter. Forget how much it cost but it pissed me off at the time.
Bryan C. 11-08-2008, 05:26 PM Ridiculous tickets? I got a 85 in a 65 on I580 between Dublin and Castro Valley. The fine was $1031. For 20 MPH over the limit? I flipped out, went to court, and hoped for the best. The judge dropped the fine to $175 which I gladly paid.
MochaMike 11-08-2008, 05:57 PM In the 80s I got a ticket/fine for littering.
I was walking down the street in Downtown Walnut Creek.
Someone had dropped a zippered hoodie that was in good shape.
I figured the owner would return looking for it, so I looked for a place to hang it.
10 feet away there was a doctor's office (it was a converted house with a lawn). At the edge of the sidewalk (on the lawn) was a 6'x6' flower bed. The flower bed had raised sides, making it into a bench on the edges.
In the center was a 4' metal pole, with the sign for the Doctor's office (kinda making an upside down L shape)..
I hung the sweatshirt on the end of the sign (making sure not to obstruct it).
No sooner did I walk 10 feet did I here a police horn/siren & see lights.
So much for good deeds.:shaking:

Walnut Creek PD pulled my friends over one day for ASHING a cigarette out the window. No ticket, just a lecture about how to use the ashtray in the car. Personally, I don't think there's a law against ashing on the street, so no ticket.
WCPD gives DUI's to people on bicycles, too.
slickrock209 11-09-2008, 10:41 AM Calaveras county sheriff closed a trail(penny pines) the night we were camping on it, and the next morning when we were coming out he wrote us tickets for driving on a close forest road. All fines were eventully droped in court. And the officer was Officer Lamb, isnt that just wrong!!!!!!!!!!!
crawlinyjeep 11-09-2008, 04:01 PM just resently got no mirrors mud flaps front lic plate and frame hight. all that and he did not even get my completly spyder cracked windshield.
got one for not having three mirrors with tinted windows

Cops sometimes have to be robots and do as told. Maybe the guy didn't know it was closed the day before, and was simply told by the boss to start issuing tickets that day? I don't know, but it's good to hear the fines were thrown out.
just resently got no mirrors mud flaps front lic plate and frame hight. all that and he did not even get my completly spyder cracked windshield.
got one for not having three mirrors with tinted windows
What's the frame height limitation on trucks?
VXRICH 11-09-2008, 04:28 PM I once had a black Honda pass me doing atleast 100 MPH not 2 miles later I get pulled over by a CHP and ticked for 90 in a 55. I tried to tell the officer about the car that had just passed me he didn't seem interested. I just happen to be driving my black Honda and he thought the other car was me. Oh well gotta pay for all the times I should have gotten a ticket I guess....
ssic off road shop 11-09-2008, 05:40 PM broke my collar bone and was headed to the hospital, drove myself, got pulled over and had to wait for him to write the ticket before I could get to the hostpital. It was a radar speed trap, he said that he is just the writer and it was the other guy with the radar that is giving the ticket. Went to court and had to talk ti the DA and they were "nice" enough to make me only pay half:mad3::flipoff2.
also got another one for no mud flaps and my stock exghaust being to high off the ground on my f-250 with 8" lift and 38.5 tires
4-H 4x4 11-09-2008, 06:49 PM Got a ticket for running a stop sign in a parking lot at DVC once. I lived in Walnut Creek for many years, the cops there are complete dicks. Almost got a ticket at my high school bcause I had my tire up on the concrete curb.
4Mogger 11-09-2008, 07:04 PM 50$ for "Interfering with radar."
Not a moving violation. All I did was flash my headlights to let oncoming traffic know there was a state patrolman over the other side of the hill.
I thought it was a free country, but not entirely.
jeep937 11-09-2008, 07:25 PM My friends and I were getting hammered at my buddys apartment. It was summer and everyones windows were open. I guess someone called the cops for noise and when the cops got there they listened to up for a while before they knocked. We all got tickets for lude conduct. We were swearing in the worst possible way saying the most nasty shit we could think of. Good times.
HighOnPottery 11-10-2008, 02:01 PM Not really a ticket in the Yota, but most expensive beer ever was $122.50 for open container in Davis, CA. It was Picnic Day at UCD and there were literally hundreds of people drunk off their asses with open containers surrounding campus. Was at a friend's house within a block of campus - which is where there were like 20 parties going on with people pouring into the streets and alleyways - and I take two steps out of the backyard with a full cup of Natty Lite to find a cop perched up 50 feet away who starts whistling to me to get me to come over. I start backing away and he starts jogging toward me, takes my beer, sniffs it, then slowly pours it out, splashing my shoes. I ask him "why the hell did he do that? i'm over 21" he says, "Davis no longer has an open container policy as of last month", "ok, so why don't you bust any of these guys walking by us with beers in their hands?" "I guess it's just not your lucky day, here's your ticket sign here".
it wouldn't be so bad, but in the campus newspaper there was a small article regarding the new law of no open containers and how many busts they had on Picnic Day and there were only like 40 tickets issued and 30% were students - out of ALL those people walking around with booze that day! and it was NATTY LITE...that's like not even beer! Glad I don't live in that town anymore...
workinprogresslol 11-10-2008, 05:05 PM out of ALL those people walking around with booze that day! and it was NATTY LITE...that's like not even beer! Glad I don't live in that town anymore...
ha that sucks :(. i'm guessing it wasn't in a can if he had to smell it so you should have argued that he didn't have probable cause to smell your beer without asking lol.
HAPPYJOHN 11-10-2008, 09:13 PM Got " a ticket for "passing on the right/unsafe pass". was on an off-ramp, car in
front of me braked for no apparent reason. tried to explain to the cop that
it was go around him or hit him, no luck. went to court, explained to clerk, he said "you can't pass on right, pay the fine". I then asked him for his full name, he asked why. I said that the next time I'm in that situation, I would hit the person, and then refer them to his office, since 'I can't pass on the right'.
He dismissed ticket.
84pickup 11-11-2008, 11:38 AM Walnut Creek PD pulled my friends over one day for ASHING a cigarette out the window. No ticket, just a lecture about how to use the ashtray in the car. Personally, I don't think there's a law against ashing on the street, so no ticket.

haha i no like 3 people that have gotten dui's on bikes
they also sit out side of the high school and hand out j-walking tickets
they give so many j-walking tickets it not even funny
RCKRATZ 11-11-2008, 11:55 AM got a $200 ticket for having my stereo too loud in my rig driving home from the Rubicon. 1am on Hwy 50, 10 watt ghetto Costco stereo with 2 4" speakers
jhama78 11-11-2008, 12:05 PM bud of mine got a speeding ticket (66 in a 55) taking the dog to the vet, dog got bitten by a spider or snake and was having trouble breathing... the dog died about 2 miles from the vet office...
workinprogresslol 11-11-2008, 11:29 PM I then asked him for his full name, he asked why. I said that the next time I'm in that situation, I would hit the person, and then refer them to his office, since 'I can't pass on the right'.

Ha that is amazing. I will keep that in mind to say if that ever happens to me :).
workinprogresslol 11-11-2008, 11:30 PM bud of mine got a speeding ticket (66 in a 55) taking the dog to the vet, dog got bitten by a spider or snake and was having trouble breathing... the dog died about 2 miles from the vet office...
That is awful :(.
malsxj 11-12-2008, 12:47 PM Just got one for no mud flaps on 680. Went to get it signed off and the cop just shook his head, chuckled, and signed it off.
Ten_Bucks 11-12-2008, 02:59 PM Didn't get a ticket for it, but I was pulled over in my K5 Blazer I used to have in downtown Placerville for an illegal tow hitch. The hitch ball was blocking the middle digit of the rear license plate. Reason why I didn't get a ticket is because while the cop was running my license and other paperwork, he got a call saying the Shell station less than 1 mile away was being robbed. So he came running up to me and gave me my stuff back and sped off towards the gas station.
Scott
cmarjeep 11-12-2008, 04:43 PM When I lived in Pleasanton I got a ticket for not having my hands on the handlebars while riding my bike (bicycle). I think Pleasanton is one place that is worse than Roseville PD.
waynehartwig 11-12-2008, 05:38 PM In 91 I got a ticket for 'failure to show proof of insurance to a police officer when asked to do so'.
When he asked, I was legally dead after driving off the embankment up Lucas Valley Road in Marin.
When to court, told the judge 'I'm sorry, I must not have heard him because here is the card' - showed her the blood soaked card. The judge dismissed the ticket ;)
The f'ed part, if that wasn't enough, they had Woodland PD come to my mothers house (was only out of the hospital for a few days and was released to mothers care as I was living alone at the time) and had me arrested. I was in Yolo honor farm for a few weeks before they came and got me from Marin. Then, I was in Marin for nearly 3 weeks before my court date. So 5 weeks of my life were f'ed more than the previous week I spent in a coma... They did give me $50? a day for being detained unlawfuly or some schit like that....

adampfisters 11-12-2008, 06:38 PM No mud flap, tinted windows, and frame height. The fucker pulled me over in my lifted superduty because he couldn't see if my dogs were tied into the bed of the truck. It was a short little prick that tried to climb up the side of my tire to check as I told him he was an idiot and told him to never grab into the bed of a pickup with dogs in it as that is their territory and even the nicest dogs sense being cornered by doing that. Well he didn't like my lesson even though I wasn't a dick about it, I was trying to teach him about dogs so he got his book out and taught me about how tough it is to go to my buddies house and say hello, look at what I fixed on my truck, can you sign for it.
I also got the cops called on me for driving up and down the street with my "4 wheel drive type vehicle", they showed up while I was loading up my buggy (tube buggy on 49's) and asked if I had been driving it on the street. I told them that I took it from my driveway to my trailer which is about 20' and explained that I couldn't see that as a problem. They told me that the report was for driving up and down the street to which I told them "I can't help you with that one, I have been inside my garage with the door closed for most of the afternoon". I did somehow figure out that my new brakes worked well :D

Ouch! - Dumb Dumb Dumb.
Most rediculous one I've gotten was a seatbelt ticket. Problem was that I was actually wearing the Fing seatbelt the whole damn time. Cops are pricks to longhairs.
waynehartwig 11-13-2008, 02:32 PM When I was 18, I had a 70 Torino GT with the 351-4V Cleveland. I was hell on wheels. 18 + fast car = cops knew me and knew me well. Drag racing down main street at 120 was not uncommon. One cop had my number and harrassed me every chance he got. One time, and I quote, told me that 'he was going to make me into a pedistrian any way he could'.
Anyway, the car was running like crap and it turned out being a blown intake gasket sucking air. Fixed it and went back into town to meet my buddies. At the time I delivered pizza for Pizza Hut and I was meeting them there. I pulled into the parking lot and the sprinklers were on, so parts of it were wet. I idled through a wet spot, dumped the clutch in 2nd and lit 'em up all the way across the parking lot, stopped and got out to talk to buds.
About 5 minutes later this dickhead cop pulled up and asked if I just pulled up. I said no, that I had been there for nearly an hour. Shit you not, he walked up and fealt my rear tires and said 'huh, they are hot'. I walked up fealt it, then fealt the front tires and said 'huh, the front tires are hotter than the rears, but I dont have front wheel drive'. Straight up pissed him off and he threatened to tow my car if he came back in 30 minutes and saw me still there. Not a damn thing he could do since I worked there. I stayed, he never came back.
I miss that car... :D Knowing what I know now, I would have never got rid of it.... I sold it to buy that blue Mustang pictured above...

tayro123 11-14-2008, 09:44 AM just got one for no mud flaps, no front licensplate, no muffler, and he was trying to get me for headlights being to tall
yozsi 11-14-2008, 12:24 PM Got a speeding ticket 55 in a 50 outside of quincy in plumas county..... bitch knew i was from the bay area and wouldn't drive all that far for a 175 dollar ticket.

I got that ticket once as well. PITA!
4XFORD 11-14-2008, 02:34 PM I was lucky once when I was 17. CHP pulled me over and he was incredibly irate. He said I was doing 90+ in a 40 zone and when he saw me my brake lights were on. After yelling for awhile he said "I can't give you a ticket or I'd have to take you to jail, if I ever see you..blah blah blah"
rickcdewitt 11-16-2008, 08:46 PM i was hauling a full load of wet garbage(prolly 800lbs) to the dump one morning in my ranger with its anemic 2.9l. was going about 75mph(no more believe me its a heavy loaded ranger) and then took an offramp to McD's when a sheriffs dept car appears behind me.
pull over and he gets out in his civvies not a uniform and informs me i was speeding on the freeway-at least 100mph :laughing:but maybe more for him to need to go 130mph to catch me?
it was just too wacky for me to feel defensive, i straight up told him my truck was incapable of 100+ and i couldn't tell him why he thought i was going mach speed in a garbage hauler.
eye lock small battle of wills debating if i'm full of shit and let me go with a warning.
i have ditched chp's in my ranger twice though:flipoff2: it helps if you know the roads

and no, i am not bashing smokers. i don't care if you smoke, just use your ash tray.
95yotakid 11-22-2008, 07:20 AM I got pulled over the other day. well i saw the cop flip a bitch so i turned down a street and waited for him. He asked why i did it so i told him that i saw him look at my truck and then turn around. he probably thought i was trying to hide. But he wanted to question me about the mud on my truck and where i got it. Cause someone did a doiughnuts in this guys field by lowes LAST WEEK. I told him my truck was garaged all LAST WEEK because i was putting a clutch in and i had the recipt to prove it. He tried to change his story and said it was to weeks ago. But gee i wonder if he can put two and two together why do most people get new clutches, o yeah because the old one is going out. It was a cotati cop

Pantheus 11-23-2008, 01:06 PM A few years ago I was right-laning it down a three lane ( in both directions ) Highway towing my water ski boat back from a 4 th of July weekend.
I came upon a blue-hair crawling in that right lane, so pulled into the next lane to pass. Very soon after I pulled back into the right lane.
CHiPs pulled me over and said I didn't pull back SOON enough, and besides it looked like I was having fun and he had to work the whole weekend.
Ticket!
Ken
I wouldn't call this ridiculous at all but rather a learning experience.
I was about 20yrs old when I got pulled over for 45 in a 35 by a CHP. He was right, I was speeding. As he was writing me up I commented on his CHP mustang. They had just started using the Mustangs. He finished writing the ticket and invited me to come see the car. He had me sit in the passenger seat and showed me how the radar unit worked and how they use a tuning fork to calibrate it at the beginning of their shift. He also showed me the calibration sticker and explained that the radar will pick up on the fastest and largest moving object. He also said that they have to lock in the speed on the radar or the ticket in invalid. As we are sitting there we are radaring everyone that is driving by. Here comes some guy on a motorcycle doing 70. He had me get out and off he went. Cool guy to say the least.:smokin:
About 6 months later I get pulled over by a local cop saying I was doing 40 in a 30 and that he got it on the radar. I asked to see the radar gun and asked if he locked it in. He was reluctant but let me see it. It was locked in. I asked when the last time he had calibrated. He was dumbfounded. I asked to see the calibration sticker, he didn't even know it had one. When we found the sticker it had expired the day before. (I swear to god, the day before) I told him it was no good but he wouldn't back down. I wanted him to write on the ticket that it was expired, he wouldn't. So I go to court ready for a fight, wait for 3 hrs before I get called before the judge. He tells me that it was my lucky day, the officer had swat training and they would drop the ticket. I was pissed anyhow, it was a chicken shit thing for the cop to do.:mad3:
Lesson learned, ask to see the radar calibration, if it was locked in and when was the last time they calibrated with the tuning fork. And ask before they start writing the ticket.
MikeW 11-23-2008, 02:42 PM $108 for a seatbelt
91advrunner 11-28-2008, 10:51 PM wow, I got 67 bucks for the seat belt.
mickey_rubicon 11-29-2008, 01:44 PM the day after my DUI - [because I was under 21 and blew a 0.05] - I got pulled over by the same officer that popped me for the DUI on the San Mateo bridge in my 65 buick wildcat - he got me doing a 130 in my friends RX-7 on 880 south. The cost of the double whammy tickets and jailtime needless to say taught me never to break the law while driving a vehicle ... the total cost of everything DUI + wreckless driving and doubling the speed limit back in 93 cost me over 5 thousand bucks, 2 nights in redwood city holdin tank, and 8 weekends in the sherriff's work program with an added 40 hours of community service. As far as I am concerned I desereved it all.
84t0y 11-29-2008, 05:00 PM omg thats crazy:eek:
runner on 46s 11-29-2008, 08:19 PM any one ever get a no parking prake ticket. just got pulled ove the other day and the cop ask me why i dont have a ebrake. i told him i havent put one inyet. so he gave me a ticket for it and also checked the box for a non correctable fix. he told me to take it home or to a repair shop. i he saw me again with out it he was going to impound the runner. so now i am in the process of putting together a ebrake system. i have to take it ti the chp and have them sign it off and pay a fine. pretty board officer if you ask me.
84t0y 11-29-2008, 08:44 PM wow thats lame, how did he know you didnt have an ebrake?
runner on 46s 11-30-2008, 10:08 AM i was wondering the same thing so i asked him and he said i didnt see any ebrake cables coming from your rear wheels. oh and just so everyone knows a t-case ebrake is not legal unless it came factory like a land cruiser ect. i think this cop probably saw me off duty drifting around all the corners like i usually do which i have been told is a sight to see and when he was on duty and saw me doing nothing wrong he would lay down the law. i am not saying the ticket was wrong cuz i have been talking about putting one in for the last 3 years. so instead of not driving it any more on the street i will fix it and piss him off more buy correcting it. wow that was alot of typing.
300sniper 11-30-2008, 12:58 PM oh and just so everyone knows a t-case ebrake is not legal unless it came factory like a land cruiser ect.
did the cop tell you that or do you have some sort of code you can post here? i am not believing this.
runner on 46s 11-30-2008, 04:01 PM vc code is 26451 and the reason why i cant drive it is vc 24004
lizard lips 11-30-2008, 04:40 PM I got a ticket for "spinning tires causing dust to fly". I was driving down the dirt road, turned to pavement. Over the hill and around the corner the cop was changing a flat tire for a lady. I stopped to ask for a hammer to hit my steering back in since I broke it on the trail, and she wrote me a ticket for that. She said she saw me spin the tires even though you couldn't see the bathroom building from where we were. Went to court twice and finally the cops didn't show up the third time and the judge dropped the charges.
NOODLES 12-01-2008, 12:11 AM blew a .16 after one margarita. Going to court for DUI. officer told me he pulled me over for tires sticking out too far. I called bullshit. he changed reason to stopped abruptly and turned into a parking lot. I never stopped anywhere but at 2 stop signs, signaling all the way, and pulled into the same parking lot I pulled out of. truck was a stock super duty. wheels are completely covered.
fighting the officer's judgment.
widmayer123 12-01-2008, 05:01 AM I got one for Improper Start!!

adampfisters 12-01-2008, 03:48 PM Just got a 75 in a 65 the other day IN rush hour traffic with about 800 cars around me doing the exact same speed. He had to of pulled me over because I have out of state plates.
JeffHPK5 12-01-2008, 06:34 PM Got a $80 ticket from DNR Dune Patrol in Silver Lake Michigan APV area.... While riding the correct direction on a one-way access road I came face to face with an emergency vehicle going to an accident on the dunes... traveling the wrong way. I had no where to go but out into the restricted area...by three feet! A second DNR rig was fallowing the ambulance and stopped and asked why we where operating a motor vehicle in a protected area...they wrote $400 in tickets to me and four buddies for yielding to a meat wagon..
It happened 15 years ago and I still have the red-ass over it!
elfking 12-02-2008, 10:51 AM I had my very first car years ago, it had both license plates on it (owned the car two or three years never taking it off.). I came out one day outside my house to find a ticket for having no front license plate.
I went over to the local chp/law enforcement to ask and they insisted that I had put the plate on before I came over. I tried to argue but I was young and they thought I was just trying to pull something over their heads. I couldn't really beleive it but the fix-it ticket was less than $20 if I am not mistaken...
Rock Zombie 12-02-2008, 11:37 AM Bout 1997 or so on my way to Kirkwood Ski Resort on the Back roads (snow on ground and light flurry on road/by no means really unsafe)
CHP:
Pulled me over said I was driving to fast for the Conditions, mind you I wasn't going that fast, me and the buddy were just cruising along BS'n etc.
So he writes me for:
1 Unsafe Speed for Conditions
2 Window Tint
3 Modified Exhasut
4 Non DOT Head lamps
5 Non DOT Tail lamps
6 No Front License Plate
7 Vehicle too Low
8 and the Kicker, I had at the time a Corrective Lens Restriction and I didn't have my glasses on! :mad3:
Finally, he was going to try and give me a seatbelt ticket too. I had it on, but when I pulled over I took it off to get my wallet out.. Fawk'n Dick head..
I hate CHP's..:shaking:
webilt 12-02-2008, 06:20 PM Back in 1981 I had the 2nd Toyota in Auburn with 36" tires on it,!:smokin:
and since the CHP in the area back than were not used to seeing mini trucks soo tall thay freaked out,......... quite often!!!
I guess the 1st of many tickets was a typical mud flap ticket,, but the kicker was the Cop made me wipe the mud off of his windshield, DOH,, all had to wipe it off with, was my sweat shirt............:(
After a few Toyotas followed us in being lifted, a friend stuffed some 38" Ground Hawgs under his V-8 Chevy LUV,, and than again it was on for the CHP field day,
since we both were commuting from Auburn to Sierra College, we ended up having a contest on how many fix-it tix, we could get,, I won with "12" in less than a month in a half,!! ,,,,, but he topped it off by having the Chevy LUV actually impounded from the freeway with a Tow truck,, because the cop couldnt figure out what to do,,,,
I guess my most rediculous ticket was ; My wife being pulled over for the Toyota being too heavy ????
the cop said due to all the tubing, (it was good ol" weak Smittybilt bumpers and a triple/double roll bar) he felt it needed to be reweighed,, he also gave us an exhaust height/headlight height and.....................a loose steering drag link ticket :shaking:
I knew all the I-80 CHP in the Auburn area by their first names back than,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
