: 231/D300 spitting oil out vents....WTF??? pipehitter155 11-08-2008, 05:46 PM sooo i gotta box for rocks....and i've been running it for awhile....it's always blown shit out the vents....my D300 is flipped with a new hole drilled and tapped (i'll get a pic tomorrow) w/ rubber hose coming off...that's how i fill it...vette do you have this problem??? well that is before you destroy your 231... My 231 pukes all over the place. I also have a long piece of rubber hose that connects the vent tubes from both t-cases. :laughing: Hasn't leaked in two+ years. rupert 11-12-2008, 08:52 PM mine blows out of the 300 but not the 231 one , dont guys usually put a small baffel under the vent in the flipped 300 to solve this problem. i dont see highway speeds so i ddint bother. Talk about leaking...I got a bad tube of silicone so between the doubler and the 300 it pisses ATF from the doubler.
