Nice job man! That thing is sweet.
Bud
Just wondering why you didn't use heims in the frame mounts and the axle mounts for the bars?
What type of joints are those on the axle mounts?
elf_cruiser 08-11-2002, 11:57 AM What a pile of scrap...
Look on the bright side, at least you can use it for parts man...
flmanyj 08-11-2002, 12:09 PM you must have 500 cans of break cleaner
on the table
jeeper111 08-11-2002, 01:58 PM the joints on the axle are 3/4 poly and the ones on the frame have 35 degrees of articulation so I put the poly in to smooth out the ride a little. And yes we have enough brakeparts cleaner for all!!!!
Cliffy [JD] 08-11-2002, 03:00 PM Ummm, what's the 203 for??? AtlasII not enough for ya', or am I missing something?

What is the long ass drivetrain??
elf_cruiser 08-13-2002, 06:47 AM KMAN - it is SM420 to NP203 box to 4.3 Atlas(all 32 spline) to Rockwells(bling-bling)...
I know you are thinking what a pile of crap, and why would anyone spend that much time working on such a piece of shit, but Jeeper111 is from Texas, and he dun no no bettar...
RocnWilly 08-13-2002, 07:07 AM Where did u get the doubler adapter? do u have anymore pics of the adapter? can u clock the 203 on its side with the doubler adapter u have pictured? pretty cool rig, one question Where r u going to use 410:1?
TIA for any info on the doubler.

When you want to stick your rig in a super traction spot, put it in lo-lo-lo-lo gear and watch your parts break because of all the torque :D

It's the same answer as the question: "Where does an 800 pound gorilla shit?"
Answer: Any where he wants....:flipoff2:
jeeper111 08-13-2002, 09:56 AM Its a long ass drivetrain becasue it has a ranger overdrive in front of it all. elf-loser is full of shit. I am not from texas as most people know on here and he is just pissed because he is from texas. HAHAHAHA!!!! :flipoff2: I am not going to use 400 to 1 but I will probably use alot of the options in between and that is why I did it. Options are great.:D

Beats the shit out of me :flipoff2: But you stick a tire or two in a place where they can't turn, throw it in 400:1, let the clutch out and something will give because I don't think that motor is stalling. Probably rip the tire off the beadlock would be my guess. No I wasn't talking down to the strength of his drivetrain, but a 400:1 torque multiplication is an insane amount of power at the axles.
jeeper111 08-13-2002, 01:04 PM thats why there are rockwells at the axles!!:D :D :D
