Ok f250 v-10 elec shift transfer case.... (2001)

Theft recovery.... lots of wires missing.... can't get it to shift from 4 low....

How do I manually wire, with toggles etc, the motor that shifts it into 4 hi etc.

Any help appreciated.... It's gonna be a pretty neat rig.... cut it all apart,
moved the cab back... running Michelins XZLs...Stazworks did the wheels,
thanks guys.... 20x14 double beads, with lots of offset so the fronts turn well.
Really needs rear steer... ha, next after I have it on the road. Will run
out in the Arizona desert... rock/sand.... and the sand dunes in S Cali

It's a lot further along than this pic... but you get the idea... no lift, lot's
of droop built in...

ive never done it - but i have used a power probe to spin the motor just to see it it works, but i dont know if you could wire in a toggle - as the position stop is based on a resistance -

ill find some diagrams

If I recall correctly there is a computer that controls the engagement of the t-case. I think you also need the switch as well. without those two thing I think its going to be a bitch to wire the t-case motor correctly.

my GF bought a ranger and the guy that owned it before yanked out the t-case computer becuse it was in the way of his subwoofwer.:shaking: I thinkered with that thing for a while and there was no way to get the t-case motor to work without that computer.

It's kind of a complex system for what it does. IMHO you would be better off finding a manual t-case and putting it in.
