Yep, that's me as of Oct. 1. I take over from Terry Rust who has served well in that position. I hope to be able to combine my experience and contacts with ORC with my new position to keep up the good fight in the southwest for wheeling. The SWFWDA covers Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, so if anyone has any land use concerns in that part of the country I'll be happy to do whatever I can. BTW, our big concerns right now are the pending litigation with the BLM over the Las Cruces closures and the problems in Texas with the lack of public land, the river bottoms being about the only places to wheel and there are pending problems there.:beer:
