You can use the hub/rotor and that is about it. The spindle should be 8 bolt. Also the rotor is slightly larger then the older ones.
Not sure what 6lug D44 you are talking about. Ford only has 5 or 8. If you are working with a 80's f-250 the easiest is to swap in a 86+ D60. They bolt right in. If you can not get a 60 then go after a 77-79 44 from a 250. It will 8 lug and all you have to do is move the one spring pad out like 1.5". For the cast in side you just cut a spring pad in half and weld it onto the tube and center section. Down side of the 79 D44 is that you will now have 1/2" studs in the front and 9/16 in teh rear. Here is where you can use your TTB hubs. I forget if you have to grind a hair off the outer lip of the rotor or they fit. It's been a long time since I swaped them around.

TTB D44 - 6 spindle studs
TTB D44HD- 8 spindle studs
TTB D50- 5 spindle studs
TTB knuckles will not interchange between the three and will not interchange with a straight 44. However, you can use a straight axle chevy 3/4 ton dana 44/10 bolt spindles on a 1/2 ton TTB D44 and get 8 lugs that way.
