theyr off a back road off of West El Camino..
I needed some hydro lines and fittings made...
Took a scout II box and 1998 ford ranger hydro lines into them, said "i need this end cut off, and fittings put onto the cut off end for the high pressure line" "I need a low presure fitting 6" of hose to bare"
Guy said "oh yeah sure no proble, say 35-40$, have it done in a couple hrs"
They called me three times in three separate days asking "now sir i got this here steering box, now what lines you say need to go where now?"
So i went down there twice, showed them exactly what to do...
I went down the 4th day, and asked if it was done, the guy said, "yeah come awn back here, its done" ... went back to the shop area, and there it was not even 25% done! I was like wtf?
Guy made up some cocamame story about how the technicians little girl got sick and he had to go home early.
I said ok, and told him i would be back inthe morning about 10am to pick it up, i call them at 9:45 to see if it was done, and they said it would be ready after 5pm, i said "fine, i will be there at 5" and i asked them how much, they said 90$, i said "uh, no i was quoted 45$ at most, its been a week!"
so i negociate a somewhat reasonable price with the guy and i picked it up exactly a week after i had dropped it off...
I have just installed the steering box and the lines into and out of the pump, well seems like the high pressure line has the wrong fitting on it! same thread pattern, WRONG SEX!
Gunna call management tomarrow
