I am going to be visiting my friend in Fresno next weekend and I want to take her wheeling but i dont know of any trails around the area. I heard there is some stuff up by Shaver Lake but I dont know where. So if anyone could point my compass in the right direction I would appreciate it.:jeep:

Lots of good info. Looks like most of the trails near Shaver are closed already.

It reads a little funny:

Almost as if they got the trails closed. :laughing:


Anyway, you got a lot of wheeling over in those parts. Stay out of Yosemite and Kings Canyon. But just before both - plenty of roads in all directions.

A little east of Oakhurst, and south through 168 to before 180. Plenty of fun out there, depending on elevation.
