I made the mistake of trying to do that trail in my 4x4 S10, with very little wheeling experience. Sure wasn't much fun. I finally ditched it and bought a T.J. instead. I want to try it again soon.

I believe it called Boquet canyon resevior its a few miles out of Saugus. Its up Boquet Canyon road.

The first part of the hill is a steep dugout loose dirt rockey climb. When I was stock it was a fight and struggle to climb it. With the lockers- one shot straight up.

Yeah- right next to the res. runs up to the top of the mountains- rated tripple black diamonds. nice climb. then you can drop down into texas canyon or to rowher flats.

You're joking, right? I climbed that in my wife's stock Cherokee with 31" tires. Almost no slippage on the whole climb if you watch where you put your tires.
On the other hand, I've seen two rollovers right near the bottom by people picking the wrong line and using too much stupid pedal.
