Yes it's a balljoint Dana 60 up front, the less desired, but nonetheless a Dana 60, and more than likely a Sterling 10.25" rear, which is 35 spline. Your K10 is passenger drop from factory (if it's 4x4) and you'll be needing to use some different parts along with your swap (ie transfer case, adapters, etc.).

And I would do some searching on the subject as well. There is more than enough information on Dana 60's (Dana 60 bible) and drivetrain swaps and what not on here to make someone read themselves blind.

Good luck....

Sell it and the 10.25 sterling rear, get some cash, and buy a one-ton cheby. You may even have some extra cash to build the axles. HP dana 60s are spendy, and you have one. :grinpimp:

pad width with that axle is gonna be an issue...its 4" wider than your k10. p-drop to d-drop is no big deal...all the IFS trucks have d-drop cases, but the pad width issue will kick your ass unless doing coils/coilovers.

So get rid of these axles and by myself older danas and go from there? How much are my axles worth.

$498.25

Search, all your questions have been answered a million times over.

You can't id a 60, and want to put a drivers side drop in a chevy.
Awsome.

Who the fuck is sending all these tards to pirate? Shits getting old.

Your axles are worth maybe $800 to $1000 depending on who is buying them, how badly they want them and where you live.

If you want to swap 1 ton axles into your k10, find a GM Dana 60 and 14 bolt from a K30 or M1008 CUCV truck.

Pretty much a direct bolt in swap, with little to no headache. As long as the 14 bolt is a single rear wheel axle, the only problem you will have to address is a conversion joint to mate the 1310 jointed driveshaft to the 1350 pinion yoke.
