I went from 102" in my XJ to 108" in the MJ. Feels more stable on steeper climbs and blasting down the highway but tight turns are a bitch in the mall parking lot :D And soccer moms dont approve of front digs :flipoff2:

when i had my leafs flipped it got softer, and axle wrap in 4lo was kinda bad. But all that is gone now...

from the looks of it, the minute you flex that rear or hop a ledge you're gonna smack your gas tank...just a thought...

Is it me, or are shackle angles now the most overlooked part of suspension design?

Anyway, whatcha got in mind for a traction bar?

If you started with a stock XJ and added 7", you'd end up with 108".
If you want to get technical it'd be 108.4" :D

technically, the tape measure says 107".

technically, the tape measure says 107".

Then technically you only added 6" not 7 then. :flipoff2:

Good job.
At least you're not so "smart" you don't think you need to address certain issues.

Im
108in wheel base (I think Id like 110)
84in out side tire width ( I think Id like 81 like it used to be)
24in lowest belly point, 26in at the frame (I think its alittle tall for 108WB)
15in under the diff (42s) (Ill likely go to 40in stickies and never larger I get stuck in under cuts often with 42s and the traction is better then diff clearance)
80in to top of the roof. (Ok height but too wide with the exo)
