I am trying to bleed a new brake system, everything including the MC, new calipers on all corners, lines, etc...

Anyway, I have 1 problem and one worry. The problem is that I cannot get the MC to do SHIT! Manual says to pump pedal and hold...while holding loosen fittings and let air/ fluid spit out. No, nothing happens.

My worry is that I forked up the MC cause when I push the pedal it stops where is should and then thuds down a nock and bottoms out. Im hypothesising that I might have torn through the rubber or somehting with the piston in the MC or somehting.

Anyway, if you can ease my worry or solve my problem it would be a big help.

Did you bench bleed the MC before installing it? if not you should have. Try taking it off going through the entire bench bleed process.
