I have just lost 2 rigs some how in this game granted they were both Stock Toyota's but thats a grand just gone. does anyone have any ideas as to what i could be doing wrong to cause this. Maybe i'm just that unlucky. thanks for the help

We have no Idea why this happens, it doesn't happen very often and when I ask someone it is always when they are looking at new rigs. It has to be something the user is doing maybe clicking on the link thinking there is more information there but it clearly says "BUY". If you click the link you will lose your current rig and it will not allow you to buy the next rig if you are not at the level required.

I may just add a statement saying that you did not follow instructions, your loan for the new rig was not approved, this rig is for level ??? and up! Oh and your current was repossessed for not reading the contract!

IIRC it was impounded during a competition... No I don't remember the message...

I thought it was "normal" because both times happened in my first 3-5 days of gameplay. I thought "just like real life, you impound my $500 truck and I go out and buy another one" LOL

We're going to change that code so you have to sell your rig before you can buy a new one. So if you hit buy and still have a rig it will give you and error telling you that you need to sell your current rig first. That will solve this problem. I know if I just make a note of it on the page people won't read it so we'll dummy proof it.:flipoff2:

I haven't seen the option TO sell a rig....where is that?

Also - do you need to unequip it...or does the sale automatically leave behind the lockers, etc?

When you view the rigs for sale, there is a photo of your rig. Below it it says "sell your rig for$$$$$$$$"

No, but your rig does make a difference when you work on your stats.

That just happened to me with my JK......I wasn't even looking at the other rigs,just checking my stats and I notice " poof" I have a pos toyota.:mad3:

Yep happened to me as well. I went to do a comp and was told I needed a rig to compete. I only had the pos $500 toy so no big deal just strange it was gone. Last thing I did was the wheeling trips and broke the rig, I wonder if that had something to do with it.
