clean title, strong runner, tbi 350, 700r4, odometer shows 54,000 probably 154,000, no rust worth mentioning, open 10 bolts not sure on gearing, everything works except radio and a/c. What do you guys think, offer 1000?

Start it cold and see if it smokes, also check the frame around the steering box to see if it's cracked. Over all it looks pretty good from the pictures.
