One of my employees has a '77 F250 8 lug ( ) 44, with 5 bolt knuckle/spindles. He needs to make it high steer. It has a flat top with the proper cast in thicker section for the 9/16" studs. Has anyone done this? It seems like a waste to go to Chevy 6 bolt spindles, etc. I'm looking for someone who can mill & drill the 5 lug for him. My hook up just got promoted to the office and one off machine world wants too much $$$$$$ to do it.

In searching it seems like it has been done before but I can't find a post that actually has someone who has done it.
