:flipoff2: if it's an R...

In my roaming around the web, I came across the Prexis website and saw a picture of this.....
403871

Upon investigating, I was "lured" into joining the Weapons Guild in order to find out more about this fun, "homemade" looking creation.

Seems as if this was put together as a "US parts kit homebuild" group buy offer from the prexis dood in this form...
403873

Seems as if it's also offered in a "kit" that may use a CETME lower assembly like such....
403872

This kit I believe...
403874

I think the price for the "deluxe" kit was around $600 and it seems no harder/easier than an AK build. The next group buy for these has been scheduled for Feb '09 (only way to get it apparently).

It looks neat. Seems easy. Compatible with HK furniture. A bit spendy. Figured I share. Pictures are fun. I'm bored. :flipoff2:

about the middle of the picture, right above the end cap in the parts pic. obviously not welded on yet in the pic of it assembled.

Aluminum mag well is interesting ( or is it machined steel?? )....would be WAY simpler to put that together that a standard HK style flat....( at least it looks simpler to me...)

Cool, there are two models 9mm and 7.62x25!!! I think I could love a 7.62x25 mp5 clone(ish).

Guys, new here so be gentle. :D

If you are still interested in these there are 2 build tutorials. One for each type and another tutorial coming up using a HK navy lower. Here's a link if you want to check it out.

Yep, and just about everything else you need to put it together except labor and tools.

The guy from prexis is good to go, I've purchased a few things from him.

Are you the maker of these kits? If so, do you offer rifle length barrels? Even if not, one of them kits and a 5-6" flash hider is on my list of shit that must be aquired :smokin:
