"The Ballistic 9" housing features a two-piece center housing, formed from .250" high grade steel using a total of 14 complex bends to provide the ultimate in strength and ground clearance. Our design uses two interlocking .250" internal gussets to add strength where is is most needed. Tubes are CNC machined for precise sealing surfaces to a mirror finish, and allow the use of double stacked seals. Add one or our truss systems to make this differential housing nearly indestructible.

The Ballistic 9 is available with an optional .375" thick mounting face plate. The plate features welded threaded bungs for extra thread engagement on the .250" thick plate, or directly drilled and tapped on a CNC mill for the .375" thick plate.

Axle tube trusses can be ordered per side on top, full top truss, full back truss or in any preferred combination. Trusses are constructed from .188" high grade steel, and are available in other thicknesses upon request.

Ships with 2.5' of tubes on either side of shell for centered, left or right hand side differential placement. For pre-cut lengths, please call. "

3.0" version is the only size available at this moment, but other sizes will be available very shortly, and can still be ordered from the website. Delivery is currently 2 weeks until production has ramped. Full double top and back trussing available.

$399.99

For the tubes, are you guys going to offer long and short sides in the future? For instance, for a 609 build?

Yes we've begun production on our full float assemblies and we do have 3.5" tubed axles available as well as a prototype unit with 4 internal gussets and a slightly larger overall width for the serious desert and rock racers.

Our 1st gen full floater kit will support 8 on 6.5" rims with a max of 35 spline for right now. Our 2nd gen. kit will support the rest, but it is only in it's prototyping stage and it will be at least a month or two before we have it available for sale.
