Several times I have gotten that message and I am certain I am the only one attacking at that time. What gives?

Known bug. It's on my todo list.

If you click more slowly it will happen less frequently.

This has happened to me at least a half dozen times today. Kinda sucks when I'm wasting my energy and not reaping the benefits.

I see it occasionally, using Firefox 2.x

Of note today, I got the message, but my gang did gain respect off of the attack. It appears that sometimes commands are processed twice. I see that with jobs every once in a while where you click the link to clock in, and it comes back with "you can only clock in once per day". Happens with training at the gym as well, but you get a "abusing bugs will get you banned". Very rare, but crimes do it too.

Cliffs notes: Looks like commands are being processed twice sometimes :D

Firefox. But I still get the credit if I check my events.

yep, how can we keep it from processing twice, this might be a browser issue

Good point - I'll see if I can spend a day playing using IE sometime.

Happened around 3:03 pm game time, my opponent was dwheelz4. He did not end up in the hospital, and I checked instantly. Sounds like he's laying for dead?

OK. I have been doing some testing with this error. I use IE and I have seen the error occasionally throughout my leveling. Recently I found a person that I can kill and get good XP so I decided to play with this and try to make it happen. I have found that if I have good connection I can sometimes double hit towards the end of the opponents health or if I use F5 I can go past the point (essentailly a double-click) and accomplish the same error. Has anyone else experienced this or noted this during their problems with the error?

I have purposely caused this to happen over 20 times and it ALWAYS happens when I double-click the attack. I have never gotten it otherwise...

Any chance of this ever getting fixed?

I think I've found something that mostly prevents it. Wait until the Google ads are fully loaded in the right lower pane. That seems to signify that the page has fully loaded and you won't accidentally get 2 commands sent.

This is exactly on target. The page isn't loading all the way before you guys click the button. There is no problem with the script. As I said before, I can put a redirect in there so those of you with slower computers don't have the problem but that would be punishing the people that have a faster connection or computer. So, those of you that are having the problem, either click slower or pony up for a new computer.

Or get rid of google. Gotta pay the bills though.
