how many times can you go to the gym in a day before you get in trouble for trying to abuse the system?

if u have energy u can go to the gym whenever u want
no limit

unless u are cheating, then u will get banned

i got a msg the other day saying in cheating.... but i wasnt doing anything other then going to the gym and working out... just wondering


and what does dexterity do?

If you don't select the drop down to strength, speed, dex or def, it will give you that message. Just make sure you pick one of the options.
