These are oil cooler lines just get a block of plate if not running a cooler. They should be plugged see below. The part you ciricled is the oil filter supply and return lines. The part I m talking about is above the filter itself and is held on with to bolts. If you need the cover and bolts, PM me your address and I'll mail it to you.
