IS THIS A GOOD DEAL?
is this a POS bike or a nice one? i dont know FS bikes at all, so your advice is needed!
Don't know much about these bikes? What components does it come with?
Based upon the height of the stem, angle of the saddle, look of the front fork and most telling: toe clips, that's more of a POS bike than a top end one. I have no idea what that would have sold for new but I'd be surprised if it was over $500. I wouldnt' give $350 for it, but it's all about priorities and your skill level as a rider. A beginner could get a lot of good use out of that bike.

It's pretty low-end. Not worth $350 used. Maybe worth $400-$500 NEW. The fork is pretty crappy, but if you're a beginner and not too heavy it'll be fine. See if you can get it for $250, don't go any higher than that.
If it's going to be your first mountain bike, get a hardtail, you'll improve your skills a lot faster.

Can you say Pogo? I've heard these things bob more than hooker in the locker room. That's why the top end models came with a rear shock lockout.
