160-9787 is a Wilwood 14.24" OD rotor with a 10" ID that mounts to a 12 x 9.19" bolt circle, these might retrofit readily but you will likely need a wheel spacer.

thers a company in england that did a disc conv for the 404 used the original wheel mount but reverced to fit landrover discs and calipers on
