My first and secound setting for heat are not working I know it's a relay but does anyone know which one it is. Thanks guys

What??? Heat settings? Relay? Slow down, boy.
I'm gonna take a guess here that you're fan switch isn't operating on the lower settings (fan switch operates blower motor. Heat switch controls cabin temp by various means).
Fan switch only working on high usually means the blower motor resistor is junk. Especially if its an older Jeep. If we knew what kind of vehicle this is, someone could tell you where its located.

If its a TJ more than likely the switch cluster is just bad. This happend to my 00 TJ first the low setting went and then I lost all heat controls. I just went to the junk yard and got one out of another TJ cost me 15 bucks and all has been good for two years.

If it's a CJ check the ducting just below the glove box. There is a three-wire connection and if it's not plugged in the lower 2 settings will not work on the fan but the high speed will.

check the wires then check the resistors for fan speed, there prolly fried

Just buy the resistor pack and be done with it, if the blower works in one level, the motor is good and the switch is most likely good. Tim
