I am thinking about getting a set for the Zuk when I go to YJ springs. I was really impressed with how much more flex they gave when I saw them in person. What do you guys think of your's, or what have you heard? Thanks. ~Steve

Make your own with one regular shackle and then a ranger or chevy style. I love mine really frees up the rear. I also have an awesome departure angle by running offset center pin springs(57") with the long side forward and the dual shackles more than make up for the loss in length out back. Yes they do open up if pulling a load though.

Come Awn, they increase pucker factor, especially if you run them front and rear.

I have them front and rear on my Cruiser and they work great but they were made for me by
a guy in Sacramento much more heavy duty than
the ones you can buy from Revolver.

I also don't think that they are all that great. Looks good on the ramp and when you want to impress someone w/ your flex, but in the real world every set that I've seen, both purchased and homebuilt, seem to just open up when trying to climb ledges or when in a tough spot. Gotta be rough on u-joint angles and instead just crawling through a spot, they just open up. Also don't seem to open up as much in the real world as they do on the ramp.

You are lookin for trouble if you put them on the front. They have a bad reaction when climbing vertilce stuff. They try to send the vehicle over backwards.

You will hear more bad than good about these. My son bought some and never installed them. We started to hear about the problems they can cause. In theory, they would be great. The breakage problems is the worst. Stability on the highway is a close second.

I've got 'em front and back on my YJ, they work well on the ramp...

Isn't that what matters:flipoff2: ?

 I know, send me the money your going to spend on them, it will do you about as much good as buying the revolvers. :flipoff2:

I got 'em on the rear of my scrambler. im happy with em, adn i only paid $128, so imnot that worried about the expenditure... they DO open up when throttle is applied, raising the rear end as the axle trys to run forward leaving the rest of the jeep behind... AND it takes some getting used to on the rocks... really insecure feeling from the rear end. BUT, its much easier to bolt 'em on, than to fabricate a 3/4 eliptic rear setup, and offers similar performance...
