It's cool to see in times like these that we've got some things in common with folks over there, and how to we get some of those clean old rigs over here? I'm sure a crate big enough for a Jeep marked from Pakistan would breeze right through customs, but hey, if it was a restoration project, at least all the disassembly work would be done by the feds.

ehsan, thanks for the pics.
I really wish you guys would build some cages for those willys. Can we help you source a tubing bender? Do you have access to standard steel tubing? Most guys are bending 1.75" .120" tubing here, not sure what you have to work with in Pakistan. If you want some help getting a tubing bender over there, let me know.

also, ehsan. The reason that I am pushing to get you guys cages is that I just had to evacuate a friend who required over 300 stitches from head lacerations on the Rubicon trail. Without a cage, he surely would be dead. As an MD, I am sure you understand my concern.

Great killer hash, tho;) No really you don't say maybe I was being sassy:flipoff2: Half of my customers are Islamic and here's a reality check for you they say they don't do a lot of things get to know them and you'll find out that a lot of them do some funky stuff. Just like Catholic girls wait until there married(yeah right). Whatever. I'm not saying Islamic peoples are bad or do things against their religion, I'm just saying just cause your Islamic doesn't mean you don't drink.

Hello there.. Ya .. I totally agree with you on the cage thing.. I have passed this message on the the owners of the rigs.. I hope they will install them soon but I dont think we can count on that.. Mine is the brown cherokee.. It has metal all over at least.. About the bender and the pipes.. you will be surprised at how much bending is done here.. Its just that these guys want their Willys to look as OEM as possible I guess..
I have not gotten into the Mog parts thing.. YET.. but I have that in mind.. DOnt worry..
