JOHN

ok the rear axle is an 86 grand waggy dana 44. Completly torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. re brackets, welded thing with the pinoin where i wanted it. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> 4.56's full detriot, had a buddy powdercoat the diff cover, challenger performance diff guards, fabbed brake lines, all new brake parts (the 20 year old ones were rusty hehe) 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern. big drums compared to stock. 1.25" turned aluminium wheel adapters.

front

82 grand waggy dana 44. completly torn down like the rear. re brackets, welded the lower control arms wider then stock for slightly more stablity with the a arm. New calipers, new outer shafts, all new hardware ie ball joints, tie rod ends tie rod etc, but all stock compoenents. knuckle over steering(stock waggy setup) 1"+ solid tie rod(stock) warn premium manual hubs 4.56's detriot true track (didnt want a full locker at the moment) oh and the challenger performance diff guard. I think thats it.

basicly i stuck with the waggy setup because its made to deal with a vehicle several thousand pounds heavyer then a TJ. I bleed the brakes last night and drove it outa the garage and MAN the brakes are NICE!!!! ive NEVER not even STOCK had brakes like this.

ive got my wheelbase at 96" at the moment but the rear is not where i want it so im hoping to stretch it a lil bit more.

hope that helped.
