Got to give props to a fellow/former Rock Crawler! not to mention a great guy!

Marty Hart held off both Jeff Kincaid and Rodrigo Ampudia in taking home the Pro Lite class Championship. Hart demonstrated a consistency that put him on the podium eight times while finishing in the top five 10 times to complement his two wins. The tight racing and close final tally established Pro Lite as some of the most exciting racing of the season. Kincaid and Ampudia finished in second and third place, respectively. Todd Cuffaro had an outstanding season in which he found himself in the sixth position at the end of the season, taking the Rookie of the Year in the Pro Lite class.

AWESOME! Way to go Marty and crew! Branden and I went to watch him late 07... helped change an engine that day... That man can flat out drive... it was obvious that was his "home"

Congrats to Marty. Too bad CORR had to cancel the last 4 rounds of racing, sort of bittersweet accomplishment. With the uncertain future of CORR, wonder if Marty is planning on running a few more WSORR events. At least show for the pro-lite shootout.

I'm not sure if you guys knew this but Marty's car was built by Campbell Ent. this year. When they built my buggy this year, they had just finished Marty's I was able to check it out. A ton of work goes into those trucks, lots of sheet metel work! It looked great. Pretty cool that the first car Shannon and Nick built for CORR wins a championship. :smokin:

I remember when Nick and Shannon were kicking around the idea of building Pro Lites at SEMA two years ago. Those guys can fabricate. Unreal.
